LIAISON OFFICER
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • With at least one (1) year experience in the related field of expertise.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and negotiation  skills
  • Proficient in verbal and written communications
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Description:

A. MANAGEMENT & ADMINISTRATION
  • Establish an effective communication system in maintaining good working relationships with different HMO`s, companies and other clients.
  • Carry out different Statements of Account with corresponding HMO`s, companies & other clients.
  • Hand-over different check dividends with different Stockholder`s of the company.
  • Transact payments with different government institutions like BIR, SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig as maybe assigned.
  • Carry-out company payables with different companies involve.

B. COLLECTION
  • Receive collection payments from different HMO`s, companies and other clients as maybe assigned.
  • Follow up collection and allocation of payments.

PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS MAY BE ASSIGNED

CASHIE
Graduate of four (4 ) year Bachelor`s/College degree on Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
With at least one (1) yr/ General Accounting experience.
Possesses excellent interpersonal, problem solving & negotiation  skills
Proficient in verbal and written communications
Well-versed in Microsoft applications especially MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply 


Job Duties:
Receives payments tendered in person, makes change and prepares and issues receipts;
Balances and maintains logs of daily remittance.
Prepares daily deposit for all hospital cash transactions, endorses checks for deposit;
Receives, maintains and releases patient property in accordance with established procedures;
Compiles and reviews periodic reports; performs routine filing and other clerical duties
PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS MAY BE ASSIGNED
